Our time entries are for billing purpose. California Labour Law requires you to take a 10 minute break every 4 hours. Those breaks are paid time. Please include them in your time entries. For example, if you started working at 8:00 am. Then you took a 10 minutes break. After the break you worked 2 more hours before leaving at 12:10 pm. You only need to input ONE entry 8:00am - 12:10pm as the 10 minutes break are also paid time.
You can also manually add time entry. Please be aware no single work entry can be more than 12 hours according to the Law. This will cause timesheet to be returned and could affect payment for that week.
Our timeTracking time accurately and timely is very important. You are paid for the hours, after school director approves the timesheet.
Some jobs are only a few hours or a few days. You need to submit the timesheet when the job is done. The submit button will be enabled at that time. Some jobs take more than one week, you need to submit a timesheet every week in order to be paid weekly. The submit button will be enabled after Friday in that case. Once a timesheet is submitted, school director will review and approve it. And that’s how we can process your payment. In case your timesheet are rejected, please try reach out to school manager through phone or email first and resubmit your updated timesheet.
Congratulations! Your payment is on the way. Now it’s time to do it again and earn more money!
