Iducator starts the weekly payment process on Saturday. All school approved hours before processing time will be included in the payment calculation. Each job's payment includes hourly rate payment and additional bonuses. Hourly rate is based on requested teacher level, your level and location of the school. For example, if your level is Assitant Teacher, for a job request 4 hours of Teacher Aide, you will be paid at the rate of Teacher Aide, plus level bonus hourly rate (if avaiable). If another job requested 8 hours of Teacher, you will be paid at the rate of Assitant Teacher. Hourly Rate from a school in Financial District in SF is a few dollars more than the hourly rate for Fremont. If that job provides $10/day commute bonus, then you will earn additional $10 per day you worked at that job. Additionally, there may be extra bonus available such as New School Bonus or Emergency Request Bonus. The hourly rate for you is showing on top of each request, along with the additional bonus available. Below is an example:
This job's final hourly rate for you is $17/hr. This is based on a $15/hr base rate for Aide + $2/hr level bonus. Additionally, this job provides $10/day commute bonus and a $30 New School Bonus. Since the job is 1 day, the total potential earning for this job is $17/hr x 9 hours + $10 (commute for 1 day) + $30 (new school bonus) = $193.00
Your zip code's hourly rates is available in your Profile menu after completion of sign up. However, this rate is for reference only. Each job's hourly rate is on the request itself because it is based on school's zip code and other factors.
